Took my BMW 5 Series to these as there was a rattling noise from the engine areaI avoid main dealerships usually because of the premium they charge but wanted to make sure I get a proper job done hence going hereThey started diagnostic on my car and told me that there was A/C gas and some valves needed changing. Sounded strange for that to be causing a noise from the engine but I trusted their ?experts? and went ahead with the repair which cost around £900No surprises, they called me to say that they?ve replaced A/C valves but the noise is still there and they?d need another 2 hours of diagnostics (£150 per hour) to fully find out what the issue isI had no choice but to agree as I couldn?t drive the car with that noise coming from the engineThey then told me (after 2 hours of diagnostics) that it is the rocker cover which needs replacement and would cost £2k.Again, trusting the ?experts? I went ahead to get this fixed.Surprise surprise, they called me again to say that the engine is still making that noise and they now believe that my car needs a new turbo which would cost £4k+ (on top of the £3k I had already paid them)Keep in mind, AA recovery van told me after 10 mins of diagnostic that my turbo was gone but these guys found out after charging me £3k+ and fixing things that weren?t causing the problemWhen I eventually got sick of their rubbish, I decided to take my car another mechanic to get it fixed for a fraction of a price and much better serviceWhen I went to pick up my car, my service advisor Sam Gray didn?t bother even coming to me to explain/apologise for keeping my car for 3 weeks without fixing it and I was given my keys by their valet parking people to say your car is parked there you can take itI left the car with nearly full tank of fuel and collected it with 1/4 left. The car was in a disgusting condition (they are meant to offer free wash after repairs)I would stay far away from these guys. They charge you a premium for a horrific service and any random mechanic is more competent than their service experts.

If you are looking for BMW garage to work on your car, I would highly recommend using Sytner Tring BMW, I have used them for many years and always get a professional service, the Service Advisor that look after me on this visit was Ben he kept updated over the course and was knowledgeable and professional.

Car went in for EGR Recall, booked in a month ago, I rang last week if they could arrange a courtesy car which they accommodated for me, got the part ready and fitted on the day. In return received a complimentary travel mug, kids peggy toy and umbrella! Brilliant service from the site and service advisor Paula!

Disgraceful service. Had to chase up for updates regularly. Not only did they keep my car for over 2 weeks? they didn?t bother to clean it after. Avoid at all costs
