Spend £20 having two chicken rolls delivered. Took over an hour from tring to aston clinton, food was cold. Barely any chicken in the rolls, maybe half a chicken breast split between each and abit of lettuce.

Normally fabulous but disappointing today. We ordered a baguette (no cucumber in the salad) and panini (no chilli sauce). Ordered/collected just before they closed. Took them home to find cucumber in the baguette and chilli sauce in the panini. Just as well we weren?t allergic!

This morning I was in Tring and instead of having coffee with morning pastry somewhere else I decided to give it a go and to try a vegetarian English breakfast served in a box. The other option was to have it in a baguette. This morning was coldish and grey. The cafe has only very basic outside sitting facing a driveway. The box came, when I open it I saw a mix of one runny egg on top and under it a sloshy mix of sliced fried tomato rings, tinned beans, sliced mushrooms and a few hash browns. No slices of toast/bread roll, no halloumi cheese to substitute bacon and meat sausages were offered. My breakfast box was mean and miserable to look at and to consume. I left most of it untouched. While I was waiting for my box-breakfast, Deliveroo female driver came to collect orders. Suddenly the handles of a paper shopping bag in her hands broke off and the whole content/the food/breakfast baguette felt on the floor right in front of me. Everyone behind the counter and in the kitchen was giggling about it. The delivery woman was laughing and took her time to pick up from the floor the food wrapped into a flimsy papers and to place it into a new brown shopping paper bag. I glanced at the front door, 5 Stars Hygiene Rating Certificate-sticker was decorating it. What a laugh indeed.

My boyfriend and I live in Bedfordshire and we had traveled to tring for a little weekend getaway, upon leaving the area we chose to purchase from P.A.M.S for our lunch. We most certainly will be travelling to and from Tring just for P.A.M.S in the future despite the journey. The best panini I have ever eaten, amazing portion size and absolutely delicious, definitely worth the price. We throughly enjoyed our food and the staff member who took our order at the counter was lovely, even complimenting my lashes and was just super friendly. I am a massive fan of this establishment and wish you all the best for the future, see you again soon! ??

Thank you Pams for a fantastic lunch. We had two Spanish kids visiting us with different dietary needs and you catered to all our requirements. Whatever we asked for in our panini's was accommodated with a smile and ensuring us it was not a problem at all to overhaul your fabulous menu with our requests! The panini's were piping hot and delicious. Highly recommend the halloumi ones! Thanks again.
