I went in this morning quickly for a vape and was met by the lady behind the counter being rude. It was beyond her to open the vape cupboard because it?s ?a bit stiff? and straight up refused to because she couldn?t be bothered. I then picked a different one behind her, not what I wanted but because she couldn?t be bothered. Then she asked for my ID (I?m 25, covered in tattoos and have never once been asked by her before) which I didn?t have on me as I left my wallet at home so couldn?t get it, Sod?s Law. I know she usually is miserable but this morning she was fifty shades of unpleasant. Just being polite or smiling costs nothing :)

Also a yodel drop off point. Very poor service. Gave my parcel to someone else because they had the same first name- surname was different. Still trying to get a refund from the provider for that. Refused to take my last parcel for posting due to having too many parcels despite clear room at the top of th bag. Older staff member rude whenever i go in like every customer is an inconvenience and twice purchased bread that was mouldy.

Just went to get tabbaco and the lady who serve me was extremely rude I asked for the cheapest tabbaco and she said ' im not serving you unless i see id and cant be on your phone has to be passport or driving licence, because you look about 11' after paying for the tabbaco she said i shouldn't smoke extremely rude not plesent castomer service ?
