Appalling service today, daughter was told she could select any treats from certain section behind counter to get the 2for£4 gift she had, she was then charged £10 for the 2 cakes and small hot chocolate when she questioned it apparently one of the cakes picked didn?t count despite her picking from the section she was told to by staff.

Me and my friend wanted to treat ourselves to a costa after surviving a week at school. Cream was out of date, I paid for a medium and got a small and my friend who got small got medium. I paid for cream and chocolate sauce and got none and there was only 1 staff member available the whole time we were there. This is the second time the cream was out of date and they mixed up and got our orders wrong. ? would not recommend if your already having a bad day (I was)

Lovely place to while away time. The staff are really friendly. Coffee is exactly as expected from Costa. Only issue is the WiFi would only let me see Google and the mobile coverage is poor.

Requested soy milk. Given Dairy. Anaphylactic reaction! Staff need to take more care. Needed EpiPen and ambulance. Don?t risk it!

This costa is clueless. Ended up at espresso lounge instead.I guess franchises do not prioritise service which is why it is better supporting the small local businesses.

Avoid this location. They use to allow anyone to use their toilets, even without having to buy anything. Now the toilets are exclusively customer only, even though I have used their toilets many times in the past before and not once was I required to buy anything first, until now. Needless to say, I won't be coming here again.

Lovely costa with delightful staff. It's quite big on split levels, which aids a charming atmosphere. It has windows all around so good natural light and views.Free parking 100m or so either way up the high street.It is clean. Only one toilet, which is clean.I never eat as costa, I'm just a frappe addict. At Tring the frappe is as yum as anywhere.I recommend and will come back.
