This review is for the website and not the shop. I purchased a dress for a special occasion. When the dress arrived i loved it, and tried it on later to show my husband. Next to the zip was a slit where the stitching was coming away so there was a hole about an inch long. I immediately emailed the company to request a return and a replacement and heard nothing. Not a word, so i had to pay to have the dress repaired. I have used this company many times without issue so this is my first bad experience, but really not happy. my order number is MC065-9266-5121 and i would really like some compensation for the damaged dress i had to fix. Maybe a bad review will get someone to talk to me ?

Went today looking for trousers and needed help. Both girls just looked at me at first when I spoke to them and 1 was very helpful. The other just gave me a funny look not at all helpful. If the staff don?t want to be there or help the customers they need another job.

I returned some items to the Stevenage shop today and one of the staff helped me with the email I was trying to find, she took my details and sorted the returns for me in a lovely manner, I asked about a green parka jkt I had been wanting and she went to check the stock and found the jkt for me. The shop was stocked so well with so much choice and the friendly staff is a credit.

Excellent customer service fantastic choice of clothes well stocked with summer season in and can use fitting rooms unlike some places still which is frustrating having to take items back constantly Sainsbury's Tu range for example. I bought what I wanted I stock up every so often much prefer shopping in high street as you can see what you actually buying unlike pictures on website can be very disappointing on arrival!

DO NOT BUY!!! Run as fast as you can from this store, especially if you are in the US.
The clothes are okay quality and stylish but they literally have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered and I buy from the UK all the time. PayPal will not protect you, they side with the seller 99.9% of the time. You can get ripped off very easily if you buy.
I tried to order but the site kept crashing at checkout so I decided to just give up. I NEVER received an order confirmation and the next thing I know is that they shipped & charged me for the exact same order twice and then have refused to provide me with a return label so I can get a refund. I have been trying for almost 4 months and all I get is some BS replies that draw the process out even further.
Had they simply had decent customer service, I would have returned the duplicate shipment and exchanged the original but not now.
