Very disappointed with my bathroom, what could have gone wrong did go wrong 2 YEARS!! down the line I'm still expecting difficulties with trying to get wickes to rectify this situation.\\nI'm now dealing with customer relations but it is still dragging on!!\\nWould never use wickes again and certainly would never recommend them.

Absolutely poor customer services. Staffed by kids who haven't a clue. Order for click and collect go to store and be told half the order out of stock

I like this shop but you have to keep an eye on the price at the till, I had 2 items that were more expensive at the till compared with the price indicated on the shelf.

Had some issues with a reloadable gift card that is nothing to do with this store and not something they could resolve (plus had misinformation from the wickes helpline). Team were friendly and called over manager who came up with an alternative for us while we waited for the card to be topped up which was really good and adaptive. Also the item we needed wasn't out on the shop floor but website showed there was stock, so team got the stock from the back and arrived with a pallet shortly after (and even apologised for the wait which was unnecessary as clearly it would take more than five minutes to get a whole pallet of floor panels out onto the shop floor!) Have used this branch of Wickes for years but never needed support from the staff so good to see how friendly and helpful everyone was when we needed it! Thanks!

Our usual go to for DIY Projects, very disappointed to find that an entire rack of spare blades for cutting knives had no stock. And the staff interest in my enquiry was a very blunt, if it's not there we haven't got it! No apology for the inconvenience, or advice on when a delivery is due, or even where else I might get, just an exasperated response, with almost an eye roll, if she had bothered to make eye contact in the first place! Come on Wickes you can do better than this very poor customer service and staff engagement. They always look so miserable.

Bought a 100 litre bag of compost from Wickes in Stevenage on Wednesday for £10. Went back today, Friday for a couple more bags. Shocked to find it had gone up to £12 a bag, a rise of £2 (20%). Not acceptable so I went to B&Q.

Again.....went online and ordered 2 items and it showed there were 6 items in stock at the Stevenage store. Went to pick up the items and was given the wrong items. Had to then wait 30 minutes for them to come back to me to advise the items were not in stock! Supervisor then blames the computer stock system! Not a happy person. Did not offer to track the items down at another store.
