Currently at Lister Hospital Friday 27 June 2025, 9am. WH Smith staff member is absolutely appalling. Snapping at customers and saying she is too busy to help. She really is awful, particularly bearing in mind where the shop is located!

Convenients store some of their prices for regular items are higher than their high street counterparts (you are paying for the convenience of the store onsite) but useful to get papers/magazines for patients on the wards when they are on the road to recovery

On Sunday I used the coffee machine in the lobby at Lister Hospital near the pharmacy. It took the payment of £2.50 out of my bank, but didn't produce my drink. I since have tryed to call the WH Smith number I found online, however it is coming up as an unrecognised number. What a rip off.?

What a disgrace to rip people off..
I went to get a phone charger not an original but you tried to charge me 30.00 for it or 18.99 just for a lead... how can you justify that... forget about the over pricing of food... never again.

As an nhs staff working in Lister Hospital. It is quite indecent to see there is no meal deal option for plant-based/dairy free customers along with highest prices on all plant-based products. Some actually cost as much as or more than the meal deal. I find it quite offensive attitude towards equal rights of food choices for staff members and all customers visiting that shop!

Having visited your shop on many occasions as an outpatient with cancer latterly I have picked very carefully wwhwen to enter I thought I had done so when I was at the paying till not auto pay when for some reason what seems to have been your manager desided it would be a good idea to stand beside me and sort some paperwork out not once but twice the assistant seemed to not be bothered either as they new each other I did not vent my feelings as there where ladies observing s/disperhaps more training is requiredThis happened 20th april

Very handy shop inside the Lister hospital. Nice range of supplies and very helpful staff.Would be 5stars if it wasn't for the prices, they are extortionate ?

Blatant rip off because of the location. Bottle of Smartwater £1.29 in here, same bottle in hospital shop downstairs in A&E 99p! Even the meal deals have gone, sandwich and either a snack or drink only now....for £3.25! Check out the popchip crisps for 89p, see if you can actually feel anything in the packets!

Only good thing is the cash machine does not charge you for withdrawals........for now!
