Awful service. Guy lied about having an appointment seemingly as he just wanted to lay back and scroll through his phone. 10 minutes after the supposed appointment he had he was sat, feet up on desk scrolling through his phone.Seems odd that WBAC would have a sales person who can?t be bothered to do the core of their job. Strange guy.

Just went to asda site in stevenage and the guy called wayne I believe was so rude and cocky, his attitude was absolutely appalling. I didn't even get a chance to open the car door before he said I will be knocking you down in price. My car is in absolute mint condition. He clearly has no people skills or customer service skills. I definitely wont be selling my car to you. I guess he thought he could try and rip a younge lady off. A bit of a bully really he's definitely not an asset to we buy any car.
