Forgive me I know I?m spelling his name wrong! But Joe at Stevenage Vodafone was AMAZING can?t put into words how lovely he was , making sure we understood everything about our contacts and took his time explaining everything! He understood me and my partner so well and the time we were there he kept a smile on his face and made us laugh! phones can be complicated.. but he explained everything to a T , he?s great , me and my partner left very happy ?

My phone was completely cut off for no reason, I went into the Stevenage store (and although the two members of staff were overwhelmed) by customers they clearly were working very very hard. I met Ross in store who calmed me down and helped sort out my situation, he?s a credit to the company and sat with me until the problem was finally resolved. THANK YOU ROSS. Top bloke.

Very pleased with the customer service at Vodafone Stevenage as I wanted to upgrade my phone and get a sim for my daughter.

I had an insurance problem concerning a replacement phone.I needed to get the phone delivered to my address but I was awaiting to sign a contract to move to a new address so needed the phone delivered to a local store .The first lady I see gave up on me saying it can't be done .Enil took the lead and spent at least 45 minutes and patiently solved the problem which had been ongoing for 3 months .I am actually giving Enil the 5 stars here. Thank you Enil .
