Very professional, friendly and individual approach makes each visit outstanding. Justine is my go to person when it comes to choosing new frames, she knows what I like and can find me frames that suit me very well. I don't know other names but everyone that I had contact with in Stevenage store has been very helpful and always give a warm welcome.

Me and my wife had our usual 2 year eye test the optician is very good he explains everything and listens to any questions you have and all of the staff are very helpful and polite we wouldn't use another opticians

I'm very grateful to my optician, who helped me get an urgent appointment at Moorfields Eye Casualty, as Lister Hospital were really not that helpful, re no Doctors at hand in their urgent eye care department? Really dragging their feet with appointments etc.
Had all my treatment done for my retinal tear at Moorfields who from start to finish were dedicated and professional at all times, had my surgery all within a few hours. Fabulous service from my Optician at Vision Express as without him advocating for me, I potentially could have lost sight in my left eye.

Fantastic service from all the staff. The optician is so caring about my eye health. If there are any problems, they will refer you to the eye clinic. The assistants are so caring also making sure you get the frames of your choice and are so helpful. I have my favourite optician and my favourite assistant.
