Useless didn't want to do nothing but play on their phone don't know why they have opening times till 4:30pm should shut at 4:00pm. Not helpful one bit shut everything down at 4:00pm why stay open till 4:30 is Beyond me Went down to put money into my account but couldn't because everything was shut down That ain't no service just like everything else in this country going up the pan and don't want to give you a proper service no more.

I have found TSB to be terrible. Started monthly charges without telling before hand. Really hand to get to speak to anyone and staff very rude. When they make a mistake, its oh thats how you feel...

Not always open when they should be, difficult calling the branch as no one picks up so can?t even confirm the opening hours.

Double checked the times branch opened until states 4.30pm, I arrived at 3.55pm and both tills showing as closed, so I stood waiting for 2 minutes and one of the gentlemen came put and said they are closed, ???? I said you don't close until 4.30pm!! Gentleman responded back saying tills close at 4pm, I pointed out it was 3.57pm and I only needed to deposit money into my account his response was system has closed now, if you are going to close at 4pm then say your tills close at 4pm!!!! Don't have to waste 30 minutes stuck in traffic.NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

I have opened an account for my son...we where due a bank card a week later via the post, a week passes...no card...called up and finally got through, TSB said they will resend another card...this still hasn't arrived....3rd card still not arrived...a month has gone past still no card...painful...4th card on order now...I wouldn't mind but i booked an appointment in the branch and gave all the correct details. Brutal.

I went to this branch with my mum. Totally useless. They told both my mum and me a transaction had gone through. My mum then had to ring the bank 2 days later to ask why it hadn't gone through. Only to be told it hadn't at all gone through. Now going to have to make another 20 mile round trip to sort it out.

Ken and his staff are very helpful and nothing is ever an issue ... I live 20 miles from Stevenage but prefer to travel there than my local branch .. on-line banking will never really replace the personal touch that you get from visiting a branch like this ...??
