Went here to get advice on levelling a concrete kitchen floor. Spoke to staff member Troy who took a look at photos of my floor and was incredibly helpful in clarifying the process and helping me find the right product to use. Great service!

Received great service from Dave, we had to purchase a few tiles for an exterior porch, we virtually cleaned him out of stock, he was very helpful and carried them to the car. Would highly recommend, great customer service.

Store brought together required number of tiles from other stores in days, rather than waiting weeks for warehouse availabilty. Great communication from the store manager on what they could do and when ready and loaded into car as well. Great customer service.

Store is laid out well with plenty of choice. Matt and Lily were very welcoming and helpful. Loaded up our car for us and assisted with purchasing more tiles. Would recommend

Excellent service from Topps Tiles. Jack was very patient with us making a decision. Unfortunately they didn't have enough stock on site but after several phone calls & 20minutes of speaking with different stores, Jack procured the right batch and organised for us to collect them. Definitely worth the 5star rating.
