Elliot was fantastic and helped save the day when we went into store. After having an awful experience with Vodafone failing to connect our broadband and leaving us without internet the guys at Three sorted us with a hub to take away on the day.
Elliot?s knowledge on the products in store is 10/10 and we left with a new tablet and will be back for new phones that we weren?t even thinking about.

Been with 3 for years never had a complaint apart from the reception isn't very good in some parts of the UK . My last contract over three years ago I took a cheap phone which had an tablet with a bigger screen and was only a couple of quid more .
When I went to switch provider to Tesco it seemed to look easy closed the contract and took my PAC number with me . Two more debits and then one credit went through my account.
After about three weeks I start receiving texts saying I owe money . Rang the call centre about 5 times very hard to understand due to their broad accents. Three times they told me that I didn't owe anything then one of them tells me I have a broadband contract. Never did I sign up for a broadband contract only mobile with data .
I rang my local Three shop and explain I can't understand the people at the call centre and then get called RACIST!!!!!
I have never been racist in my life all I want to do is end my contract . I feel I've been miss sold a broadband contract.
They won't even let close it down if I pay .
Never using Three again total waste of time.
Your local shop isn't allowed to ring the call centre apparently. What kind of company work like this ???

I was with three for a while and on my last contract I was told I could have a tablet for FREE I decided to leave three as IV had nothing but trouble with my phones so I paid up my contract and then a little wile later I started getting texts and letters saying I owe money it took me 4 attempts with customer service which they always said just ignore it as nothing is showing up on my account and a couple of times into the shop which I was told to ring customer service I eventually find out that I had this other contract which I new nothing about it was for I tablet I thought was FREE I have had to call them again today and all they was interested in was that I signed the contract which IV explained to them so many times I am dyslexic and have learning difficulties so I was unable to read the contract and that I was trusting the employee when I was told it was free it has recked my credit score not happy at all and I will never go back to them

Went in with no knowledge of phones, looking to buy a new one and Kyle (and the Honor representative, think it was Elliott? sorry!) gave fantastic advice where essentially they were putting my needs first rather than trying to push a sale. I'm already a Three customer. and this reaffirms my loyalty to sticking with them. Would recommend.

i signed a contract here and they said the first month will be a little more expensive. first 6 months I will have to pay £9 and then £18. but the first month I have paid around £13 and this month the account my bank deducted more than 40 pounds. they never told me this problem when i made the contract. really unhappy

I called the Stevenage store in sheer desperation after having an extremely bad experience with a customer service agent via the 3 help line and it was Salv who totally restored my faith in 3 and reassured me that there was a much better deal that could be offered to me for both my hand set contracts and even advised me that the Welwyn Garden City branch was closer to me (although again made it clear that he would still be willing to help me should I of needed it). It?s purely down to Salv that I decided to give the Welwyn Garden City branch a go and was again absolutely overwhelmed by the level of customer service. So thanks to Salv I?ve stayed with 3 !!
