I ordered some frames online to be delivered to the store had a few issues with it, then one my frames was smashed, went and sorted it, young girl who dealt with me has fantastic customer service, she couldn't apologise enough, even though none it was her fault great store

Walked down on Saturday only to find that the branch had moved after asking in another shop found new location, young staff member apologised sadly the sign ordered had not arrived and they were not allowed back in old shop.Sadly they didn't have what I was looking for but the member of staff told me to try the website ordered item click and collect icon stating three to five working days received email on the Monday after order placed its ready for collection not bad going

The manager of the Stevenage post office 'whsmiths' served a queue jumper very unprofessional of her, we waited for 20 minutes to get served understaffed too.

This is a great shop..not only for the great prices for childrens books but for top quality craft embelishments...fantastic for children to make their own xmas decorations and cards..but for adult crafts too.

Great big book store right in the middle of Stevenage. They often have some really great offers on, some real bargains to be found. They also do a Smiths card, where you can collect and redeem points on books making it even better value.
