Waited about 7 minutes to be seated, when the waiter saw us and ignored us this whole time and he was not busy(he had 2 tables). It was practically empty when we arrived. He didn't even acknowledge us waiting I eventually asked a bartender to if I was meant to be waiting or should I just sit down he then sat us down. The table was not clean unfortunately, however the waiter that then served us, the one that didn't acknowledge us before, was polite unfortunately he made a bad first impression. The food was not great and for those prices I won't be returning for bad service and the medioka food.

Waiting staff didn't seem to have a knowledge of the menu had smash burger asked for no dill pickle because I didn't like it only to find the sauce in the burger contained dill pickle. All the food lacked flavour and seasoning fries tasted like cardboard and the burger one of the patties was still raw in the middle. Very disappointed ?? will not be returning to TGI Fridays Stevenage.

My advice is to probably avoid this restaurant for a while. Two chefs and two servers, of which one was on drinks a lot. Talking with a waiter this is normal staffing for a Friday lunchtime (for Jan 3rd). Food arrived ok but after that we started to notice things deteriorate as the waiter ran around doing his best but with the covers they had, tables started getting frustrated. We abandoned pudding and were grateful we did as getting the bill took a long time. Probably won't return after this

Had a couple of really great experiences here in the past, but today, it was terrible. Should have looked at some of the recent reviews first. We were first in today and the cleanliness of the tables and chairs were awful. Even my kids commented.
We stated we are vegan, and everything we ordered was vegan, but clearly the chef has not been trained on what is vegan. 2 meals that were brought out were not vegan and the salad that came out was border line rotten salad and inedible. The corn cob salad and no corn cob, or half the other ingredients it was supposed to have and what it did have was turning brown. The burger had no cheese or burger sauce that it was supposed to have. All tasted horrible. Got the smallest portion of fries too. The burger and salad were taken off the bill as it was accepted they were so bad. Wife went home hungry as couldn?t eat the shocking salad and we didn?t want to risk anything else coming out of the kitchen as we had already sent food back 3 times and it just came back even worse. Such a shame this place has gone so down hill. Still cost too much even with 2 meals out of the 4 being taken off the bill. Managers need to start taking note of recent reviews!

All the reviews on here completely contrast my experience, I was met by a lovely waitress, I think her name was Rosie, she was brilliant, great smile, great customer service and very funny, she knew exactly what to say and how to say it to put a smile on me and my kids faces and then we were met by another waiter arean?I?m not sure how to spell his name, however he was great too, l good smile good service and was very good when dealing with my daughters, and then the FOOD, it was spectacular I had sesame chicken, calamari and mozzarella dippers, sooooo good, only thing I?d say is normally it?s pricey, however the bottomless brunch deal is extremely good value for money and it runs 24/7
