I went in this evening to get a parcel collection. Theo?s guy at the counter he was so rude and disrespectful. First of all he was fighting with coworkers and swearing in another language. And he did not give the customer in front of me her receipt even she asked for it. When I came to count he was still swearing in another language. I showed him the ID he refused to give me my parcel. It?s such a shame for Tesco to have this kind of customer service. I won?t shop at Tesco again.

Staff is rude, a benefit hunter skipped me in the queue and staff had no intention to let me drop off parcel before the guy pays his full shopping basket! Disgusting behaviour ?

Friendly staff, always say hello and take the time to have a chat. Super friendly and engaging with my little man, sometimes bigger ques at peak times but to be expected and never have to wait too long

Has parking but is behind the store. Do not try to come during here school drop off and pick up times, especially if you drive!

Opted for here to purchase milk as knew and trusted the company, and was closer to home. However was more expensive than the Tesco Extra store a couple of miles away.
