As delivery driver this place is ridiculous they don?t care about customers ordering online they are rude .
Orders are ready sometimes but nobody brings them out so we have to wait 10-15 20 minutes there just because nobody wants to speek with us.

The staff are friendly enough but it is becoming a more frequent occurrence that the own label and budget brand items are out of stock but the big labels (which cost significantly more) are always available. I guarantee Tesco make more money on these main brands thank their own/ budget labels. Little wonder that Inflation is still rising!

Very disappointed with the recent changes to the recent changes to the checkouts . Felt almost frog marched over to the new arrangement ( using a cashier type till ) . Then a very impatient young lady at my elbow . No there wasn`t an in store queue ! She appeared to want to prove how efficient she was ! This store used to be a friendly as well efficient store . Will be limiting my use of Broadwater store

they sell aromat here and i love aromat. i got lost in tescos. someone tipped over a trolley. food is great. ?. also i saw a rat in the wine isle. it was munching on a child. highly reccommended!

Never got full stocks always running out and really not a good selection of frozen foods or anything else always shelves are not stocked up and for paying that is a joke loads of staff but only 1-2 cash tills working A JOKE OF A STORE

Fantastic service from Emma certainly went the extra mile the product I wanted was not on shopfloor Emma went off came back with product Amazing customer service from this lady a credit to your store. The product was a pair of headphones I do hope her manager recognises her worth
