Visited Tesco couple of days ago and found the parking situation very confusing. There were no clear directions, and no one to assist. It was difficult to navigate/understand, and overall the experience felt disorganised. Hope this can be improved for future customers.

I shop here regularly every day and I am tired of being rudely scolded every time. I came to return a product and they told me that they could not give me a parking barcode for a total of 174.35 GB of purchases. However, the day before I bought peas for a 1.55 pound purchase and they had immediately given me my parking barcode. I was literally mocked. I told the employee at the cash register that I wanted to speak to the manager, the manager came and the result was again disappointment. People who had nothing to do with the business argued that the car park was free but said that if I shopped for 5 pounds, I would give them a barcode for the car park. They must have lost their minds. His attitude was very disrespectful and ignorant. He told me that I couldn?t exchange a product I bought from Tesco Hatfield store in Stenevage. As a customer, I felt embarrassed. Why were such incompetent managers and customer representatives there? I made an extra 5 pounds purchase and this time he said a Clubcard was required. I didn?t understand. I asked again and he said I wasn?t giving the product away. Use my Clubcard. He laughed and mocked me. When a customer waiting in line swore at me, they were still laughing and making fun of each other. I finally called the security, who came and told me I could do the transaction at the cash register, but they wouldn?t let me do that either. I returned the product in another store very quickly, and that too at the Tesco which was just a minute away! Well, the employee there can do this when why can?t you do it and are you exhausting people!!! The manager was a female customer representative and she had glasses and long hair! Instead of making fun of people, they should do their job!

Just bought something at self check out. There was a couple next to me, of an Asian background, who asked two women in Tesco uniform at the checkout to their right for some help. One of them turns around and says in a disgustingly hostile and rude tone ?I don?t work here!?. I was shocked hearing that and so were the couple. I work in customer service as well and if I?m asked for help off duty I just say ?sorry, I?m not working at the moment?. The woman clearly had a racist attitude as there is no need to speak like that to another person. Very uncomfortable to witness and made me extremely angry. Tesco has many employees who are not white and I can?t believe this is the kind of attitude some of your older white woman employees have. Abhorrent person.

As a regular Tesco Extra Stevenage shopper I find it most annoying to be subject to a scan & pack trolley check on such a regular basis. Have been checked on last two consecutive visits plus a further 3 consecutive checks a few weeks ago. Their head office should be made aware.

The manager of the Tesco Friday night 4 of July didn?t let me in and more than 10 minutes left from the time close and I told him will complain to head office he don?t even care and say do what you like take all my details if you like. Disrespect and cause the company lose money and customers really bad from Tesco.

Still says closed at midnight online and on shop front. New shop layout, makes no sense, have to go right to the back of the store just to get chopped tomatoes.

Large shop, easy access, disabled parking and facilities. Remember to use the ticket machine with your voucher from spending. Max 3 hours for customers minimum spend i think is £5

I?m m honestly wondering why I come here anymore. Regularly finding products that I can find at the much smaller local Sainsbury?s not stocked here or discontinued from this store. I have tried to request items before but told this is a store decision by head office or a head office decision by store. Or no one bothers to get back to me. I will give up and shop at Sainsbury?s instead!

Visited today with my friend who needs crutches, we were going to use the mobility scooters but none had been charged on discovery. The lift up to the toilets was out of order, making it very difficult for my friend to get there. At the tills we were enlightened by the most miserable employees who were swapping shifts over, they were very abrupt and quite rude, raising their eyebrows to customers behind us. Overall this store is very inaccessible at the moment, making it a disappointing trip which was heightened by the staff.

Popped in for some milk and didn't validate parking so fined £70 by their parking company Apcoa. I spend around £800 a month on both fuel and shopping but will now take this business to Asda where I don't need to validate parking. So they gained £70 fine and lost almost 10k a year from my custom. Great work Tesco ?

Dirty, cold and depressing. Rude staff, stock shortages and awful car park. Nothing else signals the decline of the town more than this dump. Avoid.

Try to give you old stock when you do click and collect. Basically all my fresh items go out of date tomorrow. Terrible
