Ordered travel money but wasn't allowed to collect it, as the card I collected with was a replacement card due to me losing the old one. I had photo ID with me, and the new card with my name on it, but was told I could not collect my order. Explained I was going on holiday and this left me without any currency but still no. Very unhelpful and caused me a lot of extra stress. Won't be using this service again.
