The lettings team have been brilliant start to finish during the whole process from viewing, referencing and through to the signing of all paperwork. Signing documents via email has been super helpful and made the whole process much quicker. They respond very quickly and are super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend

I had an excellent experience with James and Ashley in the lettings team when trying to find a property to rent. My situation was slightly complex but that didn?t phase them and were so much more supportive that any other agency I spoke with. They provided incredible customer support throughout the whole process. They were friendly, polite and answered all my questions. We recently had the pleasure of working with Viktoriia Kucxhyna from Taylors Sales to find a new rental home. They were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process.They were also able to understand our specific needs and wants, and they found me a great selection of properties to choose from. Viktoriia always available to answer our questions, and they were always prompt in responding to our emails and calls.They were very professional and organized, and they made the entire rental process very easy. They were also very transparent about their fees, and there were no hidden surprises.Overall, we had a very positive experience with Viktoriia and obviously with Taylors and Sales. The association with the Taylor's is very great. I really had hard time at my flat with some of the problems prevalent at the property. The team especially, Victoria Bower, Ashley and James have addressed the issues and made sure to fix them though it took little longer time than expected. Overall, I am happy being associated with the Taylor's Lettings.

Having worst experience ever.They denied to let last moment as well as did not return holding deposit. They made me in worst come worst situation like emergency on that day.Have not have good response, were talking with bad attitude.Very very bad agency ever seen.
