Ask for Andy he is super good at picking carpets and advising on the best carpet for your budget and space!!! Super friendly and professional home measuring service. Brilliant carpet fitters, calm, clean and tidy, went the extra mile doing things cleaning up afterwards and checking installation. Super quick from purchase to delivery. Would heartily recommend and won?t shop for carpet anywhere else!!!

Fantastic experience here. A wonderful guy called Paul helped us with our purchase. He was really helpful and professional and we would definitely shop here again. A complete contrast to the Watford branch where we had an awful experience.

Very helpful and professional staff at the Stevenage store when we were choosing a carpet. We received an email the day before fitting and a call on the day to let us know what time they would arrive. Good job and they even hoovered up the fluff from the carpet afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely the worst consumer experience I have had recently, discussed LVT & Carpet options in store and the dates we needed fitting as this would be before we moved into the property. The dates were ignored and although a very helpful lady did her best to organise a last minute fitting, after being let down by 2 fitters we had lost faith. Finally when someone did turn up for the carpet, they didn't have time for the LVT. This also turned out to be not the product we discussed in store and has left us with no flooring downstairs, and had to be returned by myself as it was now in the way. A lot of wasted time and effort for only half a job and also a rip off, the "stratos" underlay which is sold for £15 a meter is actually a tredair rebrand which is available online at £5 a meter so I dread to think of the mark upon there other products. I would not recomend to anyone.

i had 3 gentlemen arrive at my home to lay carpets in a bedroom and sitting room on the 3rd of June 2021.They were so efficient and helpful ,beyond there remit . A huge thank you . And my carpets are perfect
