The staff are extremely inexperienced and provide poor customer service. Some are outright rude, and when I raised a complaint with the manager, it was clear he was showing favouritism toward one of his employees.
I also escalated my complaint to Cineworld?s head office, only to be told it would be passed back to the Stevenage branch manager for ?investigation and training.? So essentially, the issue gets handed right back to the person responsible.
Completely pointless process ? don?t bother complaining, nothing changes.

Many things to do and eat. Although the parking area is huge, it's still sometimes tough to find a spot. Many places to eat, cinema, crazy golf And trampoline park - not to mention bowling alley too!

Have a £170 bill for parking on the car on a car box line at the end of the row.
Appealed the original ticket with their CP mgmt 'UKPC', but got no response and went straight to debt collectors. Disgusting, we will avoid coming again.
