Prices are responsible, but the staff need serious customer interaction training, the older lady upstairs made me feel like asking for boots in my size was a hassle, the young girl on the till appears to have received zero training because she didn't know the answer to any customers questions. The male staff down stairs just ignored my question.

Tried to return an item. Told no refunds, only a credit note or exchange. Fair enough it says on the small print of the receipt... not sure how this is legal under UK law but couldn't be arsed to have a legal debate at the till with someone who just quoted "company policy" as an answer to every question. Would have a better response from a toddler.

I went for trainers for my little boy in Stevenage shop. Shocking experience. I asked young lady for number from 3 models (black hair and piercings,don?t know her name unfortunately). She was busy but there wasn?t anyone else around. She started by rolling her eyes. Next thing we choose one of the models and simply asked which was the original box as there were countless boxes around from previous customers. She took the box and literally threw it before us like we are some second hand people or animals. No here you are,no thank you no apology,nothing! Then next thing on the till,different lady really polite completed the purchase for me. As I was about to go decided to get some extra stuff and the lady from the till was somewhere doing something else. So I had to ask again the rude one to does the till so I can pay. She insisted to me to say ?Please? which I didn?t after the scene that she threw the box on me and my kids. I left the shop angry as last thing you want when you shop with your family is to meet someone like this rude and zero customer care skills. Never again

I wish I could give no stars - run by kids with attitude - walk away from the toll don?t apologise also things incorrectly priced all over the store and will not honour the mistake on their behalf - they don?t bother answering the store phoneI understand all sports direct are poor but this store is the exception of even poorer than average sports direct storesUnprofessional and messy and even manager has an attitude so no wonder minions have this attitude

Staff need to interact more with customers, go in for an several items, and walk around the shop. Not one member of staff offered to help me. Walked out with money in my pocket!! Not the best Sport's direct I've visited.

Poor service, poor options for checking fit of rugby boots. It's a 20 min drive to the nearest store and ....- No option to check stock on the website- Local store doesn't answer the phone, so can't check stock- Sports Direct make it difficult to returns online purchasesAt least give us one option!
