Not impressed. I have been in 3 times now and still my glasses don't fit properly. I will have to go in again for the 4th time. £300 for something I can't use.

Disappointing service.
My son ordered contact lenses and after 6 weeks of waiting we had to cancel the order because the lenses never arrived.
No one from Specsavers called to inform and apologies about the delay.I had to call them every week to check .
However ,we ordered lenses from another place and because of that today my son's appointment (contact lenses check) was canceled. They couldn't check him because he was wearing lenses from elsewhere.
The way they behaved in the shop,doing a little investigation where the lenses were purchased from and blaming us for doing something wrong was humiliating.
Unfortunately today they lost two loyal, long-time customers -me and my son.

I got vari-focal glasses at a cost of around £300. Frames were only £90. But they are useless for reading so still have to use my £1.99 readers.

Opticians were very thorough and professional. Hazel & Radha were excellent.
However it is the first time i will be using variofocal and the first person was not very helpful to help me choose my lenses, I had to come back and was lucky to be advised correctly.

Went there for eye test and glasses , after the test I was told to pick up a frame , I said I'm keeping the old one , bought some time ago somwhere else , the lady said that they don't replace lenses on other frames ,very disappointed , I'll use other opticians from now on

My partner had an extremely painful eye issue which also felt hot to the touch and asked them to just quickly take a look to see if it was a foreign body or an infection. They said they were too busy but that they could see him in 7 days time? errrr I?m not a doctor but if it?s infected I think I?d need it dealt with sooner than that before I lost my sight. Entirely unsympathetic and dismissive. If I could give less than one star I would.

Called them and was asked to come down to swap a pair of glasses bought at a different store. On arrival they said no they can?t do that. Bad service.
