I bought l ticket to wash my car. They cashier did not tell me that were temporarily closing as the tickets expire within 7days. I lWent back the next day it was closed.
Finally went back in today and told the cashier about the incident and she said 7 days have lapsed l explained to her that l came back they where closed. She told me she is not able to help. 2 ladies who work in the shop were really rude to me.
They told me l was supposed to come a long time ago as they have posters every saying they are open. I told her that was a challengs because l have a newborn.
The manager came was very rude to through the ticket away in a rude way told the cashier to give me a refund.
I felt humiliated infront of other customers and l was upset and left without the ticket.

This is my local petrol garage and a good place to pick up extras. The food part is pretty well stocked. Light on fresh fruit & veg but dry goods are plenty. It does have a Costa with food which I've not used but the aromas are a delight.
What I like most about this station are the people. Everyone is friendly, extremely helpful and very efficient. There' always a cherry hello and goodbye. Lovely people!

The loveliest staff member just took the time to explain how the drive through car wash works as I said I'd never used one before and clearly I looked nervous!
He also suggested I get the app to get a £1 off and gave me the info to download it.
What an absolute gent!

Easily accessible from either direction, empty rubbish bins, hand sanitizer and paper towel dispensers were full. The shop had a variety of different items to suit your basic needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very poor customer service. When I informed the cashier that the air machine wasn't working, it wasn't supplying any air he just dismissed me, saying it was working, and I must not be using the right side! I said I know how it works but that there is no air supply. Very disappointing service.

Visited yesterday 17th @ 14;30, as usual some of the pumps were out of action, so I drove to pump 8 at the back of the forecourt, parked with my filler pipe opposite the fuel pump. I was told by the dark hair female wearing glasses that they would not serve me because my car was the "wrong way round". Needless to say did no fill up there, a loss of some £60, but of circa £2000 per year as I use this petrol station two three times a month, but NEVER AGAIN.
