Great from start to finish ..browsing sofas no pressure found what we wanted .staff member was amazing helped us with all questions.regarding price delivery colours etc paid .and delivered earlier than expected.guys turned up said it wouldn't fit so they walked it down the alley a bungalow up from ours down the back through the garden and through the patio doors.thank you DFS employees great experience

I cannot comment on fitting or time of delivery/installation as we did not end up purchasing flooring from SCS due to the fact that we didn't find our colors. What I can comment on is Customer service in the Stevenage shop, which was excellent. Martin was very informative and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information on a lot of important details we were not aware of. Very good experience would definitely recommend the team if you can find what you are looking for as they inspire a lot of confidence.

Never never again, I purchased a sofa on November which was supposed to arrive on January which was arrived but wrong colour, after I called the customer service they promised that they will send me the correct one in 2 days and they will refund me for the delivery (£99) guess what 2 days later again wrong colour, after calls after calls they suggest to keep this sofa till they gonna order another one for me but had to wait again around 3 months, approximately April. Guess what again on April wrong colour again calls after calls we manage to cancel the order but they never refund me the deposit £100 as they refund me for the delivery on November.The worst company ever! Avoid

Would not buy from, carpet fitted, was cut wrong and another room carpet has a fault. After 2 months they still won't replace it and getting no replies.Don't use them

Very professional sales person, who dealt with our requirements without us being badgered as soon as we entered the shop.When asked gave us the appropriate information we required which resulted in a full three pieces (3 seater settee : 2 seater settee : single recliner) suite being purchased. Would highly recommend ScS to anyone looking for furniture.

Not great. Order took about 8 weeks to arrive instead of 5. Constantly had to chase up on it and they messed up and sent the order to the wrong depot. Won't be ordering from SCS anytime soon again.

Tried every sofa and couldn't find one we liked.I'm sure they suit some given this is a chain.The best part of this one is there are multiple other shops in a few minutes walk to compare.

friendly staff invited us in as we were peering through the windows at sofas and had takeaway coffee. Found some lovely comfortable sofas.... Plenty of free parking but some days must register your car registration.

Wouldn't touch again with a barge pole complete shambles cancelled my order 3 time's! Changed my fitting date twice left with no fitting date.Struggling to get my deposit back as paid cash.Still waiting! For deposit back from my own order and my mum's!They called to they couldn't lay the carpet she has chosen but would send a replacement, without her seeing or feeling the carpet! She is registered blind!Had to give 1 star as wouldn't let me post otherwise!
