I came in during my break at work to change some personal details on my banking account. Andrew specifically was great as he was the one who served me. I was waiting in the queue for someone for about a minute before he came out of an office and offered to assist me. He was polite, he helped me make the changes in a time effective way even offering additional information so I was more informed about everything. Such a lovely person and a useful service. ?

A really convenient location for a high st Bank right in the heart of the town centre.The service on offer is much along the lines of what you would find in majority of branches.

Very good experience with Santander. Gary was very helpful in assisting in opening a new account for a friend in full time care.

Wouldn't bother going to this one if you want to open an account for your kid, they will send you away multiple times for "reasons" but when you talk to either the chat or their head office they tell you that the reasons you were sent away aren't actual reasons to be sent away

Some of the staff are lovely and give excellent assistance, however the rude ones ruin this. The ATMs are terrible poorly maintained and hardly available for deposits. It's a big shop but most of it is wasted space. In my experience it is an awful place.

Not a review, an observation. From Jan 4th 2021 Stevenage branch opening hours are 10:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday. Closed all day Saturday and Sunday. Until further notice. Reason Stevenage in Covid 19 Tier 5 lockdown.
