The lady behind the till was unbelievably rude.I don?t know why she was thinking I was trying to annoy her when I clearly was just asking a question. As a seller, she must learn to be patient and answer customers? questions in the best way not replying Im not taking any p*ss .I really did not understand what she meant by repeating ?Im not taking any p*ss? for several times.And if she cant answer the questions or get annoyed easily, she must not stand behind till and must work in the back where no encounter with customers is necessary.So rude and unprofessional.I was truly let disappointed.

Hi, The staff were very helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked and attractively decorated. Got a pair of brand new boots for £15 a real bargain!
