My favourite supermarket but unfortunately you can not get a lot of eastern european products and the fresh meat section it's going downhill - price increase but quality drops. Horrible, fatty cuts of meat, the pork belly has either just meat or it's 80% fat, you can't find ox tail, tongue, liver, etc.

Walked into the shop looking for the reduced yogurts and asked an employee named charlie where i could find such items. he then proceeded to reply in a unformaly manor, this created an awkward atmosphere and the impression that i was not human.

Visited the store in Magpie Crescent this morning with the intention of buying a few items and getting cash from the ATM. Bought my items at the self service tills then went outside to find the ATM not giving cash. So went back inside to customer services and asked for cash there explaining the situation. The lady was not proactively helpful she just said she couldn?t give me cash without me making a purchase. I repeated that I?d already purchased my items. She said the ATM was being fixed at the moment. I went back outside to see if the problem had been fixed. It hadn?t, so I came back inside to wait. I waited and waited. Eventually I went back to customer service to ask if I could have a refund on my shopping then purchase it again and get the cash? She said I could. I eventually managed to get my cash this way.
A little proactive helpfulness and a smile would have been appreciated. Not the ?customer service? I expect.
