Everytime I go in i always have a problem with one particular staff member, short asian woman with black hair. Always extremely rude when i ask for a paper receipt. God forbid i don?t want you having my email address. Everyone else in the store never questions it and will happily give me a paper receipt.

I visited the store on the 26th August 2024......had a lovely two piece suit..that was going to try on ..was just having a last minute look around..then spotted another outfit I liked..so picked that up aswell....Was then asked by a member of the staff..are you okey..I replied yes just deciding on what outfit I like the most ..the assistant then replied well we close in 15mins....so I replied okey I will go and try them on ..the assistant then replied changing rooms are closed.....my son then said just quickly run in and try them on .the member of staff then replied if you do I will call security.....I work in retail..and the attitude from the assistant.was rude ..obviously more interested in getting home..very disappointed..

I went in on Tuesday the 21st for an item for my girlfriends birthday. The young lady behind the till with red hair was really friendly and helpful. As was the young blonde lady working in the men's side of the shop as I walked out she thanked me for shopping with them. Little things like that make shopping a pleasant experience.
