Terrible for gents clothes, always has been. About 1/15th of the floor space is mens. Even if you do find something you like good luck finding it in your size. I'm a size L and could only find a single pair of shorts in one colour in my size.

Just wanted to share a really positive experience, while shopping I couldn?t help observe how Lawrence was treating his stuff on a hot busy Saturday. I heard motivational speeches, checking on everyone and just letting everyone know how proud he was. I worked in retail for many years and it was so uplifting hearing the positive the environment was

Went in today to buy a jumper, a range of 3 colours all the same style in a section that was discounted, payed at the till and was charged original price, queried the price with a member of staff, he checked all the other jumpers for prices, 2 out of the 3 were discounted but not the one we bought even though it was clearly marked down, was told by him that the manager via headset wouldn't refund us the difference with no explanation why. Manager couldn't even be bothered to come and talk to us. Awful customer service from the manager.

An absolute hell hole

Normally visit the Cambridge store however decided to visit this store as I was in town visiting and I wasn't impressed. It was on Saturday around 2pm and it was rammed lots of people and in quite a small store it was not a good mix. Massive queue at the checkout and quite slow service. Had a good selection of products for the store size, however they were lacking changing rooms as there were only one set of them which looked rather busy. Wouldn't recommend. EDIT: I have since returned to this store twice and I have had very positive experiences.

Would give zero stars if I could! Staff were extremely rude. We went in just before 5pm on Friday 12th July. Me and my partner were the only ones left in the queue and were just about to be served but the person on the till said "I'm closing this till" so we had to wait for an extremely slow colleague to finish whilst there were 4 staff members messing around at the tills (by messing around i mean talking about video games/films and laughing)We waited for 15 minutes before being served all whilst staff that could've served us didn't. To top of it off an item of clothing was scanned twice and we had no apology for this. We don't mind waiting if it's busy but it wasn't and with so many staff members waiting around it was extremely disappointing. We will never be returning

Quite a small primark but has the essentials, staff are friendly and keep it tidy, good for a little local shop!
