If I could, I would give zero stars ? but unfortunately one star is the minimum required to leave a review.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this local shop today. My sons went to buy ice cream but forgot to bring money with them. When they realized, one of them stepped outside to call me for a bank transfer, while the other remained in the store. The shopkeeper unjustly treated my son as a thief, not allowing him to leave until payment was made, despite no wrongdoing on their part.
When we returned to the shop as parents to address the situation, the shopkeeper denied treating them this way and claimed he was only asking if he could help. Additionally, he tried to suggest that our children misunderstood him, implying they might not understand English well. However, my other son, who was outside at the time, witnessed that the shopkeeper did not want to let the other son leave the shop, which contradicts his claims and shows that he was being dishonest.
We will not be returning to this shop and advise others to be cautious as well.

Been going to this shop for a year now and have spent 100's.
Bought this vape reluctantly as trying to stop smoking which apparently had 6000 puffs. Ran out within 2 days!! I went back to complain as i dont even smoke 5 normal cigarettes in a day so this should have lasted me at least a week and wanted to get an exchange without any joy. Owner wanted me to pay half price for another one!!
Be aware of these crooks!

As a customer of this excellent family business for 38years l am very disappointed with the directon the new managers/owners have taken it. It claims to be a convenience store but is shut when the website says it's open. It is useful now only for a reduced selection of newspapers. Most of the things I used to buy are no longer stocked.Seems to be run now for the convenience of someone other than the customers.
