Awfully long queue and wait for Post Office and parcel collection for EVRI. Tried to help. Parcels left all over floor. Looked in dire need of help but found my own parcel sitting on top of big bag of EVRI parcels and got reprimanded for it.....so won't be going there again !

According to the post office website they should be open Sa+Su until 20:00 but in the shop closes Sa+Su 14:00. I asked them to change the information published online but this was ignored.

Always get a friendly service from the staff here and can see the staff have a good relationship with each other. In particular, the post office staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and the queues are never long make it the reason I come here instead of going into the new town which is nearer. Long opening hours and parking make it easy for me to visit too.

I?m happy with post office service. Have been served quickly not long queues as town centre one. Working time is very convenient as well

The rudest staff! Act as though they?re doing you a favour by doing their jobs. Very hostile and unfriendly! Need to be trained

I had a positive experience but lucky as I think the lady took pity on me. Closed at 5.30 as that's her finish time but luckily and thankfully she took my parcels at 5.40 after her finish time, she is not there before 9 and not sure re any weekend cover.If the post office is said to be open then they should have more trained staff to help out or correct the opening times on line.

Avoid this post office, it'll only be a wasted journey....
The post office is only open til 1730, despite what Google says (the Co-op it is based in closes at 2200)....
I've been in several times and have never managed to send a parcel yet.... There never seems to be post office staff on duty, and on the off-chance there are, they close between 1200 and 1400 for lunchbreaks....
I always just go straight to the post office in Old Town now, despite this being across the road from me.... Saves so much hassle....

You check on line for opening times, and it says open till 10pm. So you get in your car on your short lunch break only to find that it's closed.
Where on this web page does it say that this post office will be closed for lunch??
Do they close for random convenience breaks too??

you go at 12 midday, no one can help as they are at lunch. you go at 1pm, no one can help as they are at lunch!
useless if trying to use on your lunchbreak. probably fine if you don't work!

Useful and not usually busy. The staff are couteous and helpful. Located inside the Co-Op which is expensive and not very helpful. Not a great reviews but as so many sub post offices are closing I thought I would give them a boost..you see I googled it and Qype came up first YAY!
