“Service is excellent, friendly staff, but you can NEVER get through on the phone to ask a simple question. I appreciate they are busy, but you get told to contact a pharmacist before calling the GP!”
“Fantastic service from the pharmacis, Georgina. I was told to attend a pharmacy, by my GP, for a UTI. This is a new service that has been put in place to decrease appointments used at GPs for this ailment. I first attended another pharmacy who gave me cystopurin which reacted badly. I then decided to attend here. Georgina informed me I should not have been sign posted to a pharmacist for a UTI as I have a long-term condition which means this service is not appropriate for me. She called my GP and got me an urgent appointment with them. I got antibiotics that day and Georgina called me when they were ready. I have dealt with lots of pharmacists and you can really tell Georgina cares about the welfare of her patients and those that attend this chemist. I highly recommend. I am considering making this my repeat prescription pharmacy if they are able to stock the amount of meds I need.”

“I have been a regular at this pharmacy for over two years and find them to be generally reliable. They're often busy and you might have to wait up to an hour for your prescription to be dispensed, but they have a queueing system which gives an estimated waiting time.Although I usually pick up my own medicines, I recently had an infection that made sense for me to avoid the hospital. The pharmacy arranged a home delivery, thus ensuring a continuity of supply. The delivery driver was cheerful and stuck to his estimated delivery time.Altogether a very good service.”
“Wonderful pharmacist and staff. I needed a emergency perscription filed today as my own chemist had messed it up. They called 111 nhs on my behalf and stayed open to ensure i got my perscription. Cannot praise and thank them enough”

“Great experience- couldn’t get an appointment with my GP after my 6 year old had been up all night crying with ear ache. I called the chemist at 9:30am to see if they could help- got an appointment for 10am. The service was caring and thorough. Prescribed drops which helped and also prevented trying to get through to 111 which is the only offer my doctors had provided! Definitely recommend this service.”
