Rude young staff more interested in comparing nails and eyelashes than talking to customers. When they do talk they don't even look at you, they're way too narcissistic for that. They then argue with someone who's had 40 years of breeding experience because a few training sessions in between nail appointments outweighs 40 years experience eh?
I'll avoid this place in future and find someone who knows what they're taking about, and can see without raising their head to the sky.

Super staff! One young woman was able to try two muzzles on our (admittedly fairly placid) collie without a whimper from the dog. Made our day (if not the dog's ? ).

??IF YOUR COMING FOR FISH ASK FOR MATHEW ??I have removed a 1 star and upgraded to a 3 star because Mathew was amazing, very knowledgable and helpful ..
A bad experience on Thursday.. picked up 3 loaches 2 yoyo 1 clown , the clown died the next day sadly .... Saturday went back in and had a great chat with matthew who made it clear it wasn't our fault and explained what may have been the cause ..
now I cannot give this guy enough credit ...
He's great and I'll only be coming on his days in ...

Been going to the store for years, and today I took my little teacup pomeranian, to get her some food and she doesn't have a lead, She has a bell on her collar and she never leaves my side. She's so close to my side and I got moaned at for not having her on a lead because there was a dog attack not long ago. I'm always got my eyes open for other dogs.Because she's very nervous of other dogs.

Usually communicate brilliantly with myself and each other? but now I am left absolutely devastated at the staffs lack of communication in house. Went to collect my pet mortar (he passed away) after calling 2-3 times since I left him there as I had to wait due to a lack of funds. Just to find out they put him in a communal cremation even though the explicitly told me not to worry as I had already called and it was on the system not to do exactly what they did. I didn?t stick around and to be frank I wanted to give them a communal cremation. Luckily I saw sense. But the fact remains they let me down and now my pet is lost forever n all the other pets they cremated. Devastated doesn?t begin to explain the emotion I am feeling about the situation. I am fuming!
