Ordered online at 16.00pm for delivery at 17.45pm. At 18.00pm tried calling to see when we would expect delivery but there was either no answer or the line busy. Order didn't turn up till 19.00 with an uber driver and the pizzas were just about lukewarm

Literally the VERY worse service DO NOT USE.
We ordered a pizza for a Sunday evening and was excited when seeing 5minutes after ordering online it was on its way, or so we thought...
15minutes later we were left wondering where our food was, knowing it would likely be cold.
We called them only to be told Call back in five minutes.
Another 25minutes had passed and Calling them again was told to wait even further.
Eventually 10minutes more out neighbour knocked on out door to say they were handed a delivery at our entry door.
To our Frustration we checked the food only to have our fears become reality, the Food was cold and NOT fit for human consumption The horror was that this was a MEAT pizza and Chicken bites and the temperature was far below the safe levels.
After contacting to request a Refund we was told that the manager was not there and to call back after 5minutes.
Calling again we were told they needed to contact the driver first to hear what they had to say.
Getting the run around at this point It was clear because it was my wife on the phone they were taking liberty thinking she would get bored and not bother chasing further.
When we called again to repeat the request for a refund, we was told the manager had yet again left the premises and was unavailable please call again in 5minutes.
ABSOLUTELY fuming at this point I expressed how poor the service was, epressed how unprofessional the manager was for leaving the premises without the ability to refund complaints. I wonder if the franchisee knows how poor this looks on Their business.
The last communication I had I was told I would get a call in 5minutes, THIS has not happened I will continue to write poor reviews and recommend NO ONE uses them again, absolutely disgusting service.

Wanted to order 4 pizzas advertised as 7.99 per pizza should?ve been 31.98 but tried charging 47.67 was then told 37. And that no manager on site to change this went in store and ordered as separates and was 7.99 each was told I was speaking too loud and that the lady that served me said she only spoke quiet was told again no management to speak too absolute shambles will be thinking twice about here again

Just had to share my recent Papa John's experience in Steveange ? it was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the pizza? it was delish! Fresh toppings, perfectly crispy crust ? it hit the spot. If you're in the area and craving some top-notch pizza, Papa John's is definitely the spot to hit up!

Manager is very rude no help whatsoever do not order from this restaurant whatever you it will be worst mistake you do I orderd a bbq pizza and the chicken was not cooked properly was disgusting please don?t order from here unless you want to get sick absolute disgrace

Absolute waste of time. Arrived at the Stevenage Papa John's at 10.40pm, front door wide open but nobody at the sales counter. Called for service, no answer. Waited for 5 minutes, still no answer. Saw an employee in the kitchen, called again and knocked on the window. Completely ignored. Knocked again and he begrudgingly came to the sales counter. Told me that he wasn't taking anymore orders and was closing at 10:45hrs. The website clearly states 11:00pm. He clearly couldn't be bothered. Never again, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I recently ordered a pizza from Papa John's and was blown away by the quality and taste of the pizza. The crust was crispy and flavorful, the sauce had just the right amount of tang, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful.

This used to be a 5 star place and was always recommended to friends and family. Sadly my latest order was badly let down with 2 cold pizzas arriving after a slow delivery over an hour after ordering. Worse still, there is now a delivery charge, which you?d think would ensure delivery standards were kept and pizzas arriving hot?Perhaps theres been a change of management or a shortage of delivery staff, but this latest experience is not reflective of what Papa Johns Stevenage used to offer! I am hoping this experience is not a new trend going forwards, as ultimately a new go to pizza place will have to be found.

Waited over an hour and half for a delivery,when it eventually arrived it was stone cold , very little chicken and bacon made me gag as for the garlic bread I could sole my shoes with it.
