Popped in to pick up my necklace that was broken, at the clasp. It took about 6weeks to be sent off and come back, which wasn't bad I thought.
The store was very clean, and very friendly staff.

Such lovely customer service. Had a difficult situation regarding a return which was not accepted in another Pandora store. Pandora Stevenage completely sorted it out and were lovely about it.

I was served by Charlotte in the Stevenage branch and she has to be the best sales associate I?ve ever come across. Friendly from the moment I walked in. She told me about all the options available to me, which lead to me buying and engraving a charm. It made the perfect gift and I cannot thank you Charlotte for such a pleasant experience. She was patient, honest and gave a great suggestion for how to present the gift.I left Pandora a very satisfied customer and for that reason I?ll certainly be back.Thank You, Charlotte.

Got brought the whole Winnie the Pooh collection as a present and 4 months later the clasp on the bracelet snapped. I took it back to Pandora for them to say I have caught it on something it hasn?t snapped it?s bent, I disagreed with the lady ask asked for a manager who was standing opposite for her to come over and says she agrees with the member of staff and there for is not covered under manufacture warranty. I told her I was not happy as this cost over £300 and they was telling me there is nothing they can do, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. In the end she said she would send it off for manufacture to look at it to what they think. Meanwhile while she?s filling out the forms she writes to members of staff have looked and agreed it?s not covered under manufacturer warranty due to be caught on something, so obviously there going to agree with her. Since then I have waited 13 weeks for it to return after being told it would take 4 weeks then 6 weeks to not hearing anything until the 13th week I get a call to say they will fix it as a good will gesture as it?s taken so long. Today I finally go to pick it up for it to still not be in line , even the sales lady agreed and as a good will gesture again she offers me a new one. This could have been solved 13weeks ago with no arguments if they done there job properly a warranty for 2 year is what it stands for. I will not be buying anything again from Pandora and will tell everyone I can not to buy from here. The manager in stevenage branch is not professional at all.
