Arrived at 3.20pm on Friday 13 June, to complete a wash only. The lady working advised I could not complete a wash at that time. Explained I only need to wash the clothes was told she?d already cleared the machines I said but you are open till 6pm. She proceeded to tell me last wash is 4.30. Explained it was only 4.20 still told tough. After I left she proceeded to bad mouth me to the customers inside.

The best and only local community laundrette that been here years. Never had any problem, staff are very helpful, professional, articulate, and friendly.
Hopefully, they'll keep running after the government sell off our public land to a private developer and keep rents down however.

OMG amazing service. Visited Oval Launderette for the first time to wash my large 8KG blanket, which was too big for my home machine. Luckily, they?re only a 5-minute drive from me. The friendly ladies running the place were incredibly helpful, they guided me to the right machine which was a big one can wash up to 18KG of load and even provided change when I didn?t have any on me. The customer service was outstanding, and I genuinely appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this wonderful small business for anyone looking for top-notch service!

They've always been fantastic in the past and the ladies that work there very helpful and friendly. However, I recently dropped a sleeping bag off for a service wash but then received a call a couple of days later from who I presume was the manager refusing to clean it. She said it was 'smothered' in animal hair so they couldn't wash it. It did have some animal hair on but certainly wasn't 'smothered' and had never been a problem before. Will take our business elsewhere now

Great place. Never used a laundrette before but broken machine at home meant I needed one. The lady working here was so nice and helpful, as was another customer. Super fast machines too
