Arrived at 3.20pm on Friday 13 June, to complete a wash only. The lady working advised I could not complete a wash at that time. Explained I only need to wash the clothes was told she’d already cleared the machines I said but you are open till 6pm. She proceeded to tell me last wash is 4.30.
