I can't help but praise this exceptional shop. The quality of their products is unparalleled, matched only by their incredibly reasonable prices. What truly sets them apart, though, is their staff?remarkably kind and attentive, making every visit a delight.
It saddens me deeply to learn of the potential closure looming over this establishment. Its presence in the community has been invaluable, and losing it would be a significant loss for us all. I sincerely hope that some solution can be found to keep its doors open, preserving both its remarkable offerings and the warm atmosphere it cultivates.

Shout out to Louise who went above and beyond to help me out finding a suit last minute. She kept checking on me and providing different sizes. When i was late and they closed, she waited for me and allowed me to pay. Friendly, polite, pleasant and experienced. Well done!

Tried applying for work in this place as they are constantly advertising for various vacancies just to discover they are preventing people from getting job behind rubbish online assessment tests that are too cryptic to understand. So they would rather hire someone that googled the answers instead of a person with actual retail experience. I can see why nobody wants to work anymore... where is their HR anyway...

Terrible service in Next Stevenage store. Staff rude to the extent of bullying. Will not step in the store again, or buy anything else in Next due to this service. It is one thing to ignore the clients, it is another thing to make them feel uncomfortable in the store.

went to purchase various items to find 1 cashier and a long queue asked if there was anybody about got told by a grumpy middle aged person no put all the items back purchased from other retailer
