Just wanted to say thank you to Zoe and Ash, we had to report the death of my Mother. We spoke to Zoe on the front desk she was very helpful and informative. Ash logged the death for us he was so empathetic and put us at ease with general conversation. He was clear explaining each step. It was the best service we had that day,out of all the banks. Thank you Ash & Zoe.

Libby which is a customer advisor at nationwide was incredible ?? . I forgot my bank card to take cash so I went to the nationwide Stevenage branch and I got satisfied with the great customer service I got from libby and she sorted out the issue for me. It?s really hard to find a good customer service these days but libby made my day . Keep up the good work. ???

Good bank but I thought the counter staff were quite rude to me. I ask if they would certify a cooy of my passport. They told me they could not as the Nationwide policy and they dont me. I only bank with them 11 years. Rude female staff on Saturday and not customer service friendly!

Went in to open a joint account and get some advice on other options for accounts going forward. Steve was really knowledgeable and gave us a good level of info while allowing us to think through the options in our own time. Very greatful

This is a refreshingly good banking service in this town when most of the rest are frankly downright appalling and worse. Louise was pleasant and polite in issuing a printed bank statement and totally unflustered by a minor printer device breakdown and even with that solved it in no time at all . Steve the manager , likewise very polite and approachable over the phone . Oh how this has all dramatically improved since a few years ago .As it says on the notice ' This branch will be open until at least 2026' - they are doing 'what it says on the tin' - long may they remain open for the whole of this century. Very well done the whole branch team for turning this branch around. It is the best in Stevenage now in my experience.
