Not the best branch to go to for a suit. The girl weren't at all interested or helpful even though I'd said multiple times what colour and type I wanted to go with. Said I wanted to buy, but kept going on about renting. Asked about product codes which means absolutely nothing to me as a customer.
She soon left the young lad on his own and went into the town. The lad atleast gave it a go, measured us, but didn't give a clear answer as to whether my sizes would be available to order in, I had to ask directly for him to see if certain sizes could be ordered.

Had a great experience buying my wedding suit today being served by Nathan. He was knowledgeable and a joy to deal with - He even showed he some great ideas on how to wear my tie and pocket square that were good fun. 10/10 service, fully recommend going here for your suits/advice.

I came over to moss bros to buy a tailored suit for my little brother and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were lovely and kind and made my brother feel comfortable.
I booked the appointment a week before. On the day we chose the fabric, tailored the details, my brother was measured from head to foot. I can't wait to see the results in approximately 28 days.

I bought a custom-made suit for my wedding; I ordered it from Stevenage and Tracey took care of the order start to finish and was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and helped guide me through it all. She was clearly very experienced and was very friendly.

Takes measurements, listerns to what you want and boom, in no time your done.
We was in and out in around 15 mins. Everything sorted. Straight talker which I personally love.

Absolutely disgusting service the woman didn?t measure all men correctly shirts to tight trousers to short and tight no help what so ever told her all men are from all over country so carnt get them bk to try on 4 days before the wedding she said if wanted to pay could get them sooner @£15 each suite absolutely disgusting also wasn't contacted to arrange appointment like they said for our kids to be checked ignorance of staff when returning suits didn?t even make eye contact nothing I?m not happy with the money spent to the service we got wouldn?t recommend for a wedding with a big party ?

Went in for a new 3 piece suit yesterday, didn?t really know what I was looking at. A lovely lady named Tracy came straight over to help me, gave me great advice on what styles would suit me and with sizing. Tried on a few and picked out a lovely blue jacket, waist coat and trousers. Left very happy, will definitely use them again. Thank you Tracy!

At first when I visited Moss, impressions were good and I ordered a full suit for a family wedding. After speaking with Chantelle in store and her assistance I paid cash with the assurance that the jacket which needed to be transferred from another sore would arrive in plenty of time and with no problems as ten of their other stores had it in stock.Having paid I left with the full belief that the suit jacket would arrive. Having had no update I contacted the shop today to be told that they cannot get my jacket as all the others were on hold for other weddings. As you can imagine I was totally shocked and upset being told this and that there is nothing they could do, despite all the promises, only found out after I rang them for an update.On expressing my concern and explaining that I was told numerous times when buying I am now left with no suit and trying to find another I like with very little time. Moss explained they might have something else but could not be certain, the shop assistant Kelly was quite rude and unhelpful beyond belief.I had no alternative but to get a full refund on suit and extra?s of over £300.I would like to advise anyone who may visit Moss not to believe what they say or promise and in my experience avoid at all costs.

Nice collection of suits they have. You can order online as well if size is not available in store. Really liked the stretchable collection.
