Great customer service for existing customers, helpful everytime. I've been visiting them for more than 12 months now, each time on my visit the team they have is helpful, experienced in providing a good service and the gentleman in servicing centre are also extremely helpful, friendly and very very professional.The sales team is fine however, they can be improved, I'm still waiting on receiving an email from a member of staff there on an enquiry I made in person but not had this come through to date (shame, a let down from otherwise a great team!).3.5 stars out of 5

Would give 0 stars if I would. Do NOT take your vehicle here. Steering control module needed replacing involving removal of my steering wheel. When I got my car back my steering wheel was severely scratched all over the amg lettering. I checked online and my amg steering wheel came in at 1.2k.I went back to the dealer to speak to the service manager and after telling a service representative about the situation he appeared, and his first words are in a confrontational manner ?so you?re accusing us of damaging your steering wheel? luckily, Mercedes Benz up in Scotland who I purchased the car from provided less than 3 week old listing photos to back me.After initially refusing to help after damaging my car the dealer reluctantly eventually accepted replacement.Whatever happened here, a worker could not even be bothered to take care of a steering wheel on an AMG, I had to fight to even have my car repaired and go as far as drafting a solicitation letter + contacting who I purchased the car on to help.If they can?t take care of an AMG what makes you think they will bother with any Mercedes ?Avoid avoid avoid (unless buying parts, parts guy is A** here)

Unfortunately I was not able to purchase a car from mercedes benz stevenage as they didn't have what I was hoping to get. However I must say a massive thank you to Kieran Whittle who simply couldn't have been more helpful and is a credit to the company. I will certainly recommend my friends should they be looking to buy a mercedes to visit him at Stevenage. Thank you ?

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the customer service I received during my visit to Mercedes Stevenage on Friday, February 9th.Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, which initially set a positive tone for my visit. However, the experience took a downturn when I met with Paul Mewsteid to assess the damage to my car, which required body shop attention.From the outset, Paul displayed a lack of willingness to assist me or provide a quote for the necessary repairs. Despite my request for a quote and my intention to compare it with quotes from other providers, Paul was dismissive and uncooperative. His attitude was both discouraging and disrespectful.Paul?s insistence that I should not bother obtaining a quote from Mercedes Stevenage because it would be more expensive than elsewhere was not only unprofessional but also unwarranted. His remarks about customers from certain areas, such as Luton, were discriminatory and offensive. No customer should be subjected to such prejudiced comments during a service interaction (I don?t live nor I am from Luton, so I am not sure why Paul even singled out that particular area. He was stereotyping and discriminating and I thought that Mercedes wouldn?t want to be associated with that particular behaviour).Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that Mercedes Stevenage charges customers £65 for a quote, a practice I find unjustifiable and unprecedented in my experience. As a consumer, I have routinely received quotes for various services without incurring any charges. The requirement for my insurance policy details before providing a quote only added to my discomfort and felt like an unnecessary intrusion into my personal affairs.The entire encounter left me feeling unwelcome, frustrated, and disrespected. It is disheartening to encounter such hostility and discrimination, especially from a brand known for its exceptionalcustomer service.I heared back from GM of Mercedes Stevenage dealership, appologizing for the incident. Mr. Spang connected me with Ms. Nicole Davies, a manager at Hilton Coachworks, company that Mercedes Stevenage uses for Bodyshop works. When I asked her what Mr. Paul Mewsteid had to say regarding his behaviour, she replied (word for word): "that?s just the way he is".I will fix my car elsewhere and I am not looking for anything from either Mercedes nor from Hilton Coachworks, I just wanted to share this appauling behaviour and I hope that customers have alternative options and not to use companies that are offending and disrespecting their customers. I thought Mercedes learnt from their past mistakes... apparently not!

I have been using Mercedes Benz of Stevenage for 3 years now. The service has become is terrible. They damaged my water cap by over tightening it which I had to replace as it was then leaking. The engine light came on straight after they serviced the car and I had to call out the RAC, they found the EGR valve plug loose and wasn't connected properly. When I complained to Head office and they investigated this issue Mercedes of Stevenage denied touching this, even after I have only been taking my car to them for the past 3 years? They even told me that the Mercedes RAC guy was lying? They only had to say sorry and admit blame and it would of been OK. Mercedes policy is not to admit blame for anything! This is the last time I use this garage. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE A STRESSFUL LIFE.

Absolutely shocking service.Had numerous visits totaling approximately 10 weeks that my car was in this garage.I was told various things that were wrong with my car.Loose bolts, broken in half ball joint, faulty shock absorbers to even maybe the fault being a characteristic.I took my car to another Mercedes dealer and it was fully repaired within 6 days including waiting for delivery of parts.Do not use this garage.AVOID !

What an incredible experience Mercedes of Stevenage have given us, from the first day we walked in to Stevenage , Max Walker our chosen sales man has been just amazing , from day one his passion to deliver a 5 star service was apparent, JUST WOW !! At every stage Max went over and above and to be honest has made the process just flawless, we made this process hard as we wanted two identical cars for our daughters which is no easy talk at all on a new model car, but not only that the hand over was amazing with balloons, bows and even a Mercedes photographer on handAgain Max just blow us away and it was a true pleasure to deal with him and LandLautomotive
