The food was good it?s McDonald?s, after all. However, the service was slow, and I waited longer than usual at the drive-thru, which was disappointing, especially as staff inside seemed more focused on chatting than serving customers. In addition, you would expect staff presentation to be tidy in the food service industry, but several had their hair down and looking messy.

Bought a salad at the meal and received only a few pickles, I wanted salad, not pickles!
Update August 2025: they managed to mess up yet another order, they constantly do that, it?s either they give your order to somebody else, or don?t put all the extras that you choose and pay for, now they forgot to put the second burger from the order, ordered two meals only one had it?s burger?

Food fine, but no condiments, nothing for kids to do and no table service. The men's room was awful, suspicious water pools under urinals, flush didn't work in the one messy toilet. My daughters said the women's was out of paper and didn't flush properly too. Worst MacDs we've eaten in sadly.

I've been to this McDonalds several times as it local to where I work. They always get my order wrong, I ordered a double Fillet-o-fish and got a single, even though the box indicated a double. I also previously ordered chicken fillets and got nuggets instead. Not great service. The aircon isn't great either, always too hot.

I ordered a side salad to go with my meal, but this is what I received in the salad box: one slice of tomato, three slices of red onion, and a few leaves.
This is the first time this has happened, and it is not acceptable.

The most discusting toilet i have ever seen in a McDonald's....had to ask for it to be cleaned before I could use it and there was no toilet seat ???

Fast and efficient service. Very busy at times but a decent atmosphere and staff work hard to ensure good quality food is served.

Very busy, and not quite organised with queues efficiently, toilets were very poor, only one working and no door lock.
