Shocking store had some change which were all £1 coins to put into my bank they provide that service for Monzo bank the lady was very busy so instead of holding up her q I went to the side to stack in £10s to try and be helpful the. I asked her to put it in my bank and she said I?m over here I had a fair few stacks and asked for some help then the owner told me to leave the shop because I was rude. Thanks for helping I?ll bear that in mind next time to hold up your q at busy lunchtime I?ll also be contacting Monzo to say you refused to put my money in my account I?ll also be contacting Shop franchise i have never experienced such horrible service in my life

Had parcel being send to the shop very unhelpful staff went there about parcel they told me two time to keep coming back. The parcel been in there shop for a week and make you go though all the bags where other people parcel are.

The staff are always very helpful and nice. I called up earlier in the day to ask them what time they closed, and they stayed open a little longer waiting for me so that I could post some parcels. I would recommend this shop to anyone ?

Disgraceful ?magic bag? collected this afternoon. Ordered through the ?Too Good To Waste? app. All food between 6 weeks and 5 months out of date- the scheme is designed to reduce food waste not rip people off!

Poor Customer service.The shop smells very fragrant not sure if it is the vape seller within the shop but not good.Fresh meat produce for human consumption sitting by the dog food, should be in the fridge , especially in this heatwave that we are experiencing.Bad manners from the till staff.Will not return.
