I like to come back to this particular KFC as the wings are always fresh and well done. Some other places I have tried before served stale wings, but not here! The meat melts off the bone, done perfectly, infact, I'm going to go there now for my favourite hot wings. Cheers!

My food was literally thrown on the tray and pushed to me.The guy in the front 5/12/24 has no customer skills. When I asked why the presentation was like that, he replied and said what presentation, and I can't get more than he has presented. You don't throw people's food in a bag opened on a tray. The food was very cold and I just avoided a scene as I would have just returned the food due to the very poor customer service coupled with a dog nose cold food! Absolutely shocking manners.

This place used to be good back in 1996. The food would be good, but the care in the whole place isn't there. The service is slow, not customer friendly at all.

No queue due to the facts that this KFC is only few steps away from McDonald which is always busy.
Nice fresh food. Chicken was so juice. However wen I went back few days later the chicken was a bit dry.
I have missed those days when KFC used to serve the little wipes.
Corn much smaller what it used to be served and without butter option.

Chicken tasted amazing as usual, chips were overly seasoned and unfortunately their syrup for their Pepsi was out and when they was informed of this it seemed as if they didn't understand what was being said and they had to get a manager to do anything about it.

Prices up, portions smaller. There's not much to recommend this.
The gents smelled of urine and the floor was wet. Tables were dirty.

We waited 30 mins.. was just requesting a refund when our food became ready! Under staffed was the problem I think.. food was very hot for once though!
