If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrendous service. Had me waiting for an hour then when i was seen (for a take off and reapply biab) the lady had my hands sitting in the solution for 30 mins as she decided to see two other people who came in AFTER i did. My nails curled and weakened as a result. Another 20 minutes and i still wasnt seen after politely asking how long several times and being told it would take ?5 minutes?. As i left they told me it was because i hadnt booked but never told me this when i walked in.

I have been here a few times. The last two times have been awful experiences. My sister and I waited over 1 hour to be seen, we didn't mind as we hadn't booked ahead. I unfortunately was seen by the same man that saw me the previous time who was rude and rough. I had to ask for my nail beds to be done, I had to ask for extra glue, I had to ask for a nail polish change, I had to prompt for basics, he also cut my skin on my finger and it started to bleed. He didn't apologise but tried to make an excuse which I did not understand. Once the full acrylic set was done, he didn't offer moisturiser and told me only if I paid extra, then he said he was running out of moisturiser, whilst the lady next to me was paying less and got the moisturising. It was an all round bad experience and I will NEVER EVER go back!

First time there, I had a lady who did my nails amazingly, could not fault her. I went there again last week, but she wasn't there so a guy attempted to do the same and had no idea what he was doing and cut my nails, not only too short but straight across even though they were an almond shape. Then I got transferred over to another guy who had to rebuild them again.Next time I will wait to see if the lady who did mine the first time is there before getting someone else doing my infills again.

This is the first time I?ve come here to get my nails done. I got them done on the 12th of December when it snowed and as I was the only one there i was seen to straight away. I felt a little out of place as they didn?t really acknowledge me and were talking to each other in their language so it was a little uncomfortable. It took a lot less time to do my nails whereas when i?ve been other places it?s taken longer than it did when i was here. 10 days later my middle and ring finger nails snapped off. I wasn?t doing any strenuous work and they just popped off. Never ever happened to me before and i?ve done some pretty heavy lifting with other nails and they?ve been absolutely fine. We rung up to get them redone and they fit us in but told us we couldn?t book but we?d just have to come in a sit and wait. Got them redone and it was very rushed as it was a friday, however they used the complete wrong colour to what was used originally and were very sloppy when it came to applying the top costs because half the nail had it in and the other half didn?t so it smudged. Then a week later i bent down to pick something up and the pinky nail completely snapped off so i just took them off myself and they came off so cleanly compared to others. My daughter got her nails done without my permission shes 13yrs old and got acrylic!! Wasn't happy as no respectable salon would do this without consent from parent.. she paid too much for what she received, they are awful and she was taken advantage of! I have never seen such badly done nails! Too thick, badly painted, awful just awful!

First time I've had my nails done since before lockdown and I was looking forward to some pamperingI booked an appointment but still had to wait over 30minutes before I was seenHowever, although John himself was doing my nails I felt that he was more interested in answering the phone, talking to walk in customers, looking out the window and communicating with other employees in their own language.He rushed doing my nails and whereas previously I've been offered hand cream and sometimes a hand massage I wasn't offered anything. I just felt he wanted me out of the chair as quickly as possible so he could get someone else in.I used to be offered a drink during my treatments but again I wasn't this time.The price has gone up but unfortunately the service and hospitality has gone downThe sink to wash your hands is stained and looks dirty and the hand towels are tissue thin - a very obvious false economy as you need to use so many more to dryWill probably look to go somewhere else in future as I was so disappointed
