JD Sports in Stevenage Town Centre offers a great selection of branded sportswear, trainers, and casual clothing. The store is well-organized, and it?s easy to find the latest styles from Nike, Adidas, and more. Staff are generally helpful and approachable, though it can get a bit busy on weekends. Overall, a solid spot for shopping if you?re after trendy and quality sports fashion.

Horrible service
I bought a jacket north face £200 return within 10 days as faulty because every time the jacket gets wet from the rain it stains and manager and the store in general did absolutely nothing. Ridiculous behaviour

Just visited this store to buy a birthday present for my son.
However, after trying to enlist the help of one of the staff members, I decided I no longer wanted to part with any money.
The woman that I had the misfortune to request help from had the miserable expression of a bulldog chewing a wasp and the personality of the wasp itself,
The shop gossip was apparently far more interesting and important than doing her job.
Will never go to this branch again.

This is the most disorganised shop, that is over run with too many staff that are more interested in standing around talking about their social lives , than actually attending to customers. THE STAFF NEED TRAINING ON BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.have had several bad experiences in this shop, and will not be visiting it again.Avoid!!

Incapable manager. Simple refund for a faulty item, frayed cotton on an expensive t shirt. Refused to refund due to the nature of me washing it but not wearing, adamant to argue and not assist me. Clearly a mess up on JDs side, very unhelpful ?manager? - Only wanted the shirt replaced for receiving a defected item. Very bad communication skills. Drove too Biggleswade JD. I told them the exact same information and was treated in a different way, within 2 minutes of explaining the issue I had a replacement t shirt.

Stevenage store - disorganised and to be fair incompetent to be left in a store on their own. if the people working spent less time laughing and talking and focused on what people were asking for it would most definitely help.
In the end after asking numerous times for the same thing they continually get the wrong things

Do not shop in store, the manager is a liar and they manipulate you into buying other items such as "crep protect" which cost an arm and a leg and literally does not work at all, £8 for some wipes that don't work!! Could've gone to Wilkos and got the same thing for 60p, really disappointed and ashamed of this store!!
