We've booked our amazing USA trip in February with this company.We are spending 12 nights, 3 in LA/NY/LV and SF. They have been extremely helpful in booking, and what I loved most is they aren't a pushy sales company - which always puts me off.We have easily communicated by email, and they are very approachable and informative about any questions you have.I'd highly recommend booking with them.

Agency failed to tell us that we would have to pay a further £400 (non-refundable) in hotel service fees and taxes upon our arrival. I called the agency and was laughed at by Jenny stating i should have done my research even though its their job to book our holiday. After talking to them and asking if there is anything else to look out for they did not mention that point and hotel stated is up to the agency to let the travellers know. Wont be using them again.
