Advice needed for a credit card & Boryana Boneva has saved the day!
This is far away not the only time she has done her magic to us!
She spent unbelievable amount of time for us, until she was 100% we had fully understood all the points and details.
I have felt like the most valued customer of the bank.
She has shown genuine intention to educate us on banking and mostly how we should use the credit card in order to achieve the most.
Superb service! Keep on going! An absolute legend and pleasure to be serviced by her!

Cannot be any happier with the service provided by Boryana Boneva in particular, but not only!
She has served me with a smile and has been super helpful & supportive throughout the whole appointment. Have gone the extra mile by giving me tips and tricks on improving my credit score & have advised me on my upcoming mortgage renewal. She has super carefully listened to every word I wanted to share & honestly, I have never been served better throughout my whole life.
The bank has been protecting my finances and been my mortgage provider for years & have successfully protected my account from being compromised on multiple occasions.

I needed help with a balance transfer from a credit card to a new HSBC product? plus a new OD facility. As a pensioner, struggling with mobile App Technology everything was organised very quickly and patiently by Boryana & Vicky and exceeded my expectation.

Had an issue with my cards being stolen right before a trip abroad, and I really needed things sorted quickly. Kyla was amazing. She genuinely listened, understood how urgent the situation was, and did everything she could to help. She even spoke to her managers to find the best solution for me. Exceptional Service at HSBC Stevenage ? Thank You Kainaz & Kyla
As a doctor newly arrived from Istanbul, Turkey and opening a UK bank account for the first time, I was truly impressed by the outstanding support I received from Kainaz and Kyla.
