Huge waste of space, nothing inside was open apart from a little stall and the automatic machines and because I didn't have my card (it was stolen) they couldn't help me pay money in because they are only a stall not a counter anymore.Honestly waste of time. They didn't even offer any alternatives.

My partner pays a small fortune in business banking fees for little/no service. He's been trying to pay money in (to the machine as no humans anymore.....) all week. His first visit was a waste of time as the branch was closed, he checked the website before going for a second visit, said it was open but again closed so another complete waste of his time. How can they justify the huge fees when there is such an appalling service.

Went into the branch for help with my corporate card. Kelsey went out of her way to help me resolve the problem and followed up with both a call and email so I could easily get in touch if I experienced any further issues.

Amenity's below. My daddy is the bank account holder but he is 90yrs young, and I'm now his LPA I thought this may make a few problems with the account but no Sir all of the staff, tellers and the meet and greet people at front of bank are amazing and most importantly they seem to understand whatever problem I may be sorting out that day, as long as I have my I.D and signature This bank is amazing and will bend over backwards to help. I am in a wheelchair so this is my view the doors are disabled friendly nice look about this bank it seems clean and fresh seating and books or magazines water and coffee available and loo's I've not used the toilets in HSBC Stevenage but I can't fault them wonderful people.

Well located branch, but a change of name which was actioned by the specialist at this branch has not been recorded.
I do understand processes sometimes get delayed, but the non-starting of them or recording of them is usually a branch by branch issue. Some branches are efficient, others less so the other matters I needed done on that day were automated and went through without problems.

It's taken me over 2 months to do a simple credit card transfer. Still not done now even though was told 2 weeks ago i would have my card by last week. Trying to get through to them on phone line is impossible.

It took 2 months and 15 days to open bank account. I can understand policy change for new fiscal year impact new bank account process but this is too much.
